Mias House of Beauty opened to give the High Desert something it was missing: a real beauty supply close to home. Before Mias, stocking up on braiding hair, wig supplies, or the right leave-in meant an hour-plus drive to Lancaster or Bakersfield — or settling for whatever the big-box aisle had.
